Massage Policy

Cancellation: Massages must be cancelled by 3:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled massage.  If after 3:00 p.m., a cancellation fee will apply.

Missed Appointment: A credit card number must be given over the phone when making the appointment to reserve the time slot.  The credit card will not be charged until the day of the appointment; cash or check may be used instead of the credit card on the day of the appointment.  If you fail to show for the appointment at the scheduled time, the credit card on file will be charged a fee.

Late Appointments: We strive to give all of our clients a full 60-minute or 90-minute massage and stay on schedule.  If you show up late for your scheduled massage appointment, unfortunately you will not receive the full time allotted.  If you do not want the shortened time, you will be able to reschedule your massage but charged a cancellation fee.
